Hubby is playing songs with his new Iphone 4.
The safety and learning experience of our children is our top priority. Therefore, as new concepts or skills are introduced, tasks should be presented on a continuum moving from concrete example to abstract understanding; from carefully considered action to automatic integration of codes of behavior. We believe that motivation for learning comes from within the child and is stimulated and cultivated by teacher and parent reinforcement, guidance, and example.
yesterday, it was Wilson’s first time to have something beside mom’s breastmilk…. we gave him some infant juice mixed with water…. he hasn’t been pooping for over 2 days, and the PD suggest some infant juice with water. he had about 10cc, and then pooped yesterday. he pooped twice today.
my mom was so concerned about it. she tried therometer, warm water too before the juice. she was so happy when Wilson finally pooped. =)
Wilson is growing up everyday. I am blessed to be a mom, and with such a sweet, good boy!
“We know that children will learn only if they want to learn,” he once said. “So what we do is pay attention and find that thing that gives them the desire to know.” He insisted that learning be challenging and joyful so that his students would want to seek it for the rest of their lives. He believed that learning took place through relationships, so he emphasized cooperative partnerships between students and teachers.
“We teach children to become better people than we are.”
